FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: How quickly do you ship my order after the order is placed and payment is made?

A: Most orders ship in less than 24 hours (many are shipped the same day). You will always get an email with shipping information once your order has shipped.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

 A: You can return your purchase within 60 days. Please view our complete return policy here.


Q: Where are you located?

A: We're located in Champlin, MN 55316 and are online only. The vast majority of items ship from our location in Champlin. A few items will ship from other locations (some amps and guitars). Please (218.260.4176) call or email if you require a specific time frame on delivery or to inquire on ship from location on a specific item.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: MOST items are shipped free within the USA. If you're not sure what shipping costs might be you can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: I don't live in the USA, how do I place an order?

A: You can order by using the shopping cart and checkout process or you can email us at info@macdaddymusic.com to inquire on shipping costs, etc. or to place an order. We can send a Paypal invoice for your order if you'd like. A few items and brands we sell can't be shipped outside of the USA.

Q: What kind of warranty is included with my order?

A: All items are brand new and covered by the manufacturers warranty. Items shipped overseas are typically not covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please contact us for specifics.

A: We are an official dealer for a variety of high quality, well known, boutique brands. You can see our full list here.

 

Q: Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?

Q: What is B-Stock? What about open box and used items?

A: We sometimes have products that are used, an open box or b-stock items.  All Open Box and B-Stock items qualify for our standard return policy.  Used items are sold with no return policy offered.  

B-Stock: a product that is new from the factory, but has some cosmetic flaw that keeps it from being "A-Stock."  All B-Stock items are 100% functional, include the full manufacturers warranty and include all manufacturers accessories unless otherwise stated. 

Open Box: a product that has been opened and possibly used by Macdaddy Music by a customer who has returned the product.  All Open Box items are 100% functional, include the full manufacturers warranty and include all manufacturers accessories unless otherwise stated.  You may find light signs of wear on an open box item.  If there is more than light cosmetic wear we will clearly state this on the product listing.

Used: a product that has been owned and used by a customer. These do not include any warranty but are always 100% functional unless otherwise stated.  Used gear may or may not include accessories, paperwork, etc.  If a used product listing doesn't state any extras included, please assume none is included.  Returns are not accepted, however we will stand behind the description of all used products to arrive as advertised functionally and cosmetically.
