Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: How quickly do you ship my order after the order is placed and payment is made?
A: Most orders ship in less than 24 hours (some are shipped the same day). You will always get an email with shipping information once your order has shipped.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: MOST items are shipped free within the USA. If you're not sure what shipping costs might be you can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: I don't live in the USA, how do I place an order?
A: Please email us at info@macdaddymusic.com to inquire on international orders, shipping costs, etc.

Q: What kind of warranty is included with my order?
A: All items are brand new and covered by the manufacturers warranty. Items shipped overseas are typically not covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please contact us for specifics.

Q: What's with the product pictures you have on your site? Most of them look like they're out of the box items.
A: We try to take our own pictures of most items that we sell. Your item will be new, unused, and in the box with the full manufacturers warranty. We want to show you what you get when you're placing an order. It's our way to be a little different from the competition. Everyone else has stock pictures from manufacturers (which is fine) but we like to show you the product you're looking at along with the box, manuals and accessories just so that there are no surprises when you get your order.
